Assignment #5 Color

In this project I learned to pay more attention to what is in my surroundings all the time. I also learned to take risks and be willing to go out on a limb and or be in situations where I may feel uncomfortable.

Assignment 4 (Motion & DOF)

I shot some bushes that were slightly moving due to the wind, but the faster shutter speed allowed me to capture the image without blurring. I also shot some moving vehicles on a street which I feel looked best without the blurring that happened with slower shutter speeds on these shots.

I shot some images of a candle flame, I wanted to catch how the flame moved over time, and that is why I liked the slower shutter speed. I also shot some images of my kitchen sink and the faucet water running into the bowls, I felt the movement of the water is best captured by the slower shutter speeds.
